What you submit

Demo requests collect your name, contact details, preferred date and DJ experience. Applications also collect your date of birth, area, course preferences, experience and goals. Optional answers are marked. Applicants aged 14–17 must provide guardian contact details; enrolment requires the guardian’s involvement. Do not include identity documents, bank details or other unnecessary sensitive information.

How enquiries are used

By agreeing on the form, you ask our admissions team to review your enquiry and contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp about it. This is not a subscription to unrelated marketing. Your details are stored privately on our GoDaddy hosting and emailed to our admissions inbox, hoddjacademy@gmail.com. GoDaddy and our email provider process information to deliver these services. A submission does not confirm an appointment, reserve a seat or take a payment.

Storage and security

Enquiry files are stored outside the public website directory, accessible to authorised hosting administrators. We use server-side validation, submission limits and duplicate-request protection. A salted hash of the connection’s IP address is used for short-lived submission limits; hosting providers may separately keep access logs. Unconverted enquiry backups are scheduled for deletion after 180 days through hosting maintenance. Email copies and any enrolment records need separate retention management.

Website tracking

This website includes the Meta Pixel for page-view measurement and advertising analytics. It can send page URLs, browser information and identifiers to Meta when you visit. After an enquiry is successfully saved, a Lead event identifies the enquiry type and a random reference for duplicate prevention. The current installation loads this tracking immediately; the contact checkbox on our forms is not advertising-cookie consent. We do not intentionally send your form answers, phone number, email or date of birth to the Pixel. Browser privacy controls can limit tracking. Where advertising consent is required, that control must be in place before tracking is enabled.

External services such as Google Fonts, linked social networks and maps may receive connection information when loaded or visited and apply their own privacy policies.

Questions, corrections and deletion

Email hoddjacademy@gmail.com with your enquiry reference to ask about your information, request corrections or deletion, or withdraw permission for further admissions contact. Do not send identity documents unless a secure verification process has been agreed.
